Jaipur to Jodhpur

  • Jain Mahavira Temple

    In the morning our driver will report in the hotel lobby at Jaipur at the desired time you mention at the time of the booking of this product. After your check out from Jaipur hotel you will be driven in a private luxury car up to Jodhpur taking nearly 4 and half hours. Upon your arrival at Jodhpur hotel we receive you and assist you in check in process. After lunch and relax at the hotel nearly at 3 PM. we will pick you again for your Camel Safari tour to Ossian which is considered as the Oasis of the Thar Desert and is famous for its temples and Camel Safari. First you visit the famous Jain temple which has beautiful carvings.

    Later you head to the Camel Safari point. You enjoy the royal safari on the ship of the desert and capture the pictures of the dusk while the sand of the desert sparkles. This activity goes on for nearly one to two hours and afterwards you are transferred to your hotel in Jodhpur.

    This morning after breakfast and check out proceed to a guided tour of Jodhpur City which includes the visit of famous Mehrangarh Fort-Mehrangarh Fort holds the pride of place in Jodhpur because of its splendid architecture and the diverse history associated with it. Considered as one of the most formidable and magnificent forts of Rajasthan, Mehrangarh fort was built by Rao Jodha in the year 1459. The fort is spread over an area of 5 km and is built on 125 m high hill in the outskirts of Jodhpur city. There are seven gates, which can be used to enter the Mehrangarh fort. These 7 gates are made by different rulers, and are built in honour of victory over Bikaner and Jaipur armies.

    This white marbled architecture is a memorial site of a Rajput clan. This cenotaph was built in the 19th century by Maharaja Sardar Singh in the memory of his father, Maharaja Jaswant Singh II, the 33rd Rathore ruler of Jodhpur. One should visit this memorial, which has a temple like architecture, on their tour to Jodhpur. Jaswant Thada is a perfect example of architectural brilliance. The architecture is made of white marbles which are so fine that the outer surface of the whole building emits a warm glow during sunlight. Currently it exhibits a variety of paintings and portraits of Jodhpur rulers.

  • City Palace of Udaipur

    This morning after healthy breakfast and check out at 9 am you will be driven to the City Palace and you imagine the grandeur and opulence of the Maharajas ‘by visiting this palace. The museum has the antiques, paintings and art pieces gathered by the rulers.

    After the visit of the City Palace enjoy the cruise of the famous Lake Pichola and if you desire you can visit the famous Jagdish temple which is close to the Lake Pichola.
