This local tradition will have snorkeling to enjoy what has been likened to an "underwater easter egg hunt". These tasty mollusks seat themselves in the grass beds around Crystal River and Homosassa. You simply snorkel around searching for your savory treasures... pick them up and place them in your mesh scallop bag! You will also enjoy viewing a wide variety of sea-life on your excursion. Scallop season runs from July 1st to September 24th. All VIP tours are approximately seven (7) hours in length with ample and comfortable seating for up to 6 passengers, as well as masks, fins, snorkels and Florida saltwater fishing license as well as bottled water. There are two dedicated coolers to keep any beverages and snacks you bring aboard cold. Boat also features a double bimini top to keep you in the shade and cool you down on a hot summer day.
