Great experience with the indoor theme park. Friendly staff and superb nice clean environment to bring young kids and young-at-heart adults who adore cute Sanrio characters.
Very easy to purchase the tickets from the website and QR codes we received via email worked perfectly to enter Puroland. Tickets were a very good price too, much cheaper than buying tickets at the park. Would purchase from Pelago again. Puroland was an amazing and fun day for my 7 and 12 year old girls.
Easy to purchase and cheaper than official site. No issues with entry. Just show the tickets to get it scanned, as well as answer a short 4 qns survey at the entrance, guided by staff. The survey is required for foreigners. Recommend to set aside at least 3 to 4 hours to enjoy the place fully and leisurely.
