Tickets are valid for 1 calendar day. If you start your tour after 16:00, the ticket is also valid on the following day
Buses run every 15-30 minutes. First bus at 09:30, last bus at 17:00

Free ride for kids under 6 (with their family/legal guardian, free ticket required) and disabled visitors (<100%, certificate of disability required)
Under-14s must be accompanied by an adult

Last tour at 17:00: no hopping on and off possible
Evening tour: runs 18:00-21:00 and every 30-60 minutes (April-October) / 18:00-20:00, and every 60 minutes (November-March). Starts at Postplatz / Zwinger stop and has 12 stops
