In this 2.5-hour experience, you’ll learn how to make delicious vegan pasta (egg-less pasta) completely from scratch.
Here’s what we'll do step by step:
- We’ll teach you how to work the perfect egg-free dough.
-You’ll see our small stone mill milling the flour!
- While the dough rests, we’ll explain different shapes and techniques.
- Shape the pasta of the day.
After the hard work let's toast with a glass of wine while we cook your pasta and finally, we can sit to enjoy our handmade pasta together with a special nonna's vegan sauce of course.
IMPORTANT:
The meal will be cooked and served with low/no salt and sugar to taste (and enjoy) the true essence of the food. Please let me know in advance if you have any special needs, intolerances, or allergies, or if you are pregnant.
