Highlights

Kamakura is a site of the first military government and attracts you through its simple but serene Zen Buddhist atmosphere and samurai culture. You can enjoy a mixture of old Zen temples and modern, charming boutiques on the Komachi Dori shopping street as well as beautiful ocean view.
