- Incheon Airport T1 (WiFi Dosirak): Open 24 hours daily.
- Incheon Airport T2 (WiFi Dosirak): 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily.
- Gimhae International Airport (Tourist Info): 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily.
- Busan Station Counter: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Lunch break: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM).
- Olive Young Gwangalli Beach Branch: 11:30 AM – 10:30 PM daily.
Must Know
- The pass validity begins from the moment you enter your first attraction.
- You must exchange your pass for a physical admission ticket at each attraction counter.

Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation is available for unused passes up to 24 hours before the designated date.
- No refunds are accepted once the pass has been activated at an attraction or registered in the app.
- Partial cancellations for orders with multiple passes are not allowed if any pass in the order has been used.
Voucher Use
- For the physical card: Present your QR code and passport at an official redemption counter to receive your card.
- For the mobile version: Present the QR code from the booking voucher directly at attraction ticket offices.
- Screenshots or photos of the QR code will not be accepted.

Exploring busan with worry free. Very usefull and visited many attractions with this pass.
Great savings using this pass for sightseeing in Busan. Had a wonderful time in Lotte world , Busan X tower, cable car & beach station. Very worth it & I highly recommend to get it for the savings. Just need to plan your time well.
