Pelago uses Explore Australia. The booking and the communication are clear and stress-free for we can choose the pick up location nearer to our accommodation. The guide Toby is cheerful and the whole journey was carefree and enjoyable. As one patron has pointed out, perhaps Pelago could reduce time spent at Pt Leo winery (70 mins) and give more time at Montalto Winery Restaurant where we had our lunch. The set lunch came with 3 choices of wines; 2 hot starters accompanied with generous bowl of olives. Freshly cooked chips with a small serving of Garden Greens were served together with the Ham & artichokes pizza. We were delightfully surprised that the pizza was very good, better than one of the restaurant Capitano in the City of Melbourne. On the food alone, we are happy to give 5 stars. Due to time constraint, (1 hour only), we had to ask for take away for the chips. We also did not have time to explore its Sculpture Garden overlooking the beautiful vineyards on the hill. Next we had our wine tasting at Rare Hare. Though it does not have the ambience as the first two stops, we discovered a rare find for its Grenache Shiraz for the last wine tasting. My daughter bought 2 bottles. The St Andrew Brewery features Australian craft beer. Being not fans of beers, both of us found the Australia beer is lighter and has distinct citrus and pineapple notes for 2nd and 3rd tastings. My first time drinking beer and finished 100 ml! Yes, the bathing boxes at the bayside beach were great for photo taking. Overall, we had a wonderful day with Explore Australia. I did feel that a bit more time at Pt Leo would have been good to wonder the sculpture park, so maybe do rare hare first
