Join a special one-day bus tour from Osaka to experience Symphonic Starmine 2026, a spectacular fireworks event held for the first time in 2026. This unique festival brings together fireworks, music, performers, and spectators to create a collaborative live art experience for one night only.
The highlight of the event is a magnificent fireworks show over Lake Biwa, where up to 10,000 fireworks are launched into the night sky. During the grand finale, fireworks are synchronized with live performances by a piano and string quartet, creating a breathtaking harmony of light and music. The show also features a choir performance, making it a truly immersive live music fireworks experience.
Before the fireworks, enjoy free time at Mitsui Outlet Park Shiga Ryuo, one of the largest outlet malls in the Kansai region with approximately 230 stores. Here you can shop and enjoy an early dinner before heading to the event venue.
At the festival venue, around 30 food trucks from across Japan will offer a wide variety of delicious options. Guests will watch the fireworks comfortably from reserved paid seating, ensuring a great view of this unforgettable spectacle.
Please note that outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue. Guests may purchase meals from the food trucks at the event site or dine at the outlet mall beforehand.

This tour is a Japanese tour. The tour conductor will provide language support using a translator (Pocket Talk).
This is not a private tour; you will enjoy the tour with other guests.
If the minimum number of participants (20) is not met by (14) days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date might be canceled.
Due to traffic congestion or other circumstances, the stay duration at each location may be shortened.
The fireworks program and the number of fireworks launched may change without prior notice. Since the show mainly features continuous starmines and other effects that are difficult to quantify by number, the indicated number of fireworks is only an estimate.
After the fireworks display ends, guests may be required to wait inside the venue for about 30 minutes due to regulated exit procedures.
When taking photos, please avoid holding cameras above head level to prevent disturbing other guests.
Please remain seated in your assigned seat while watching the fireworks.
The fireworks event will take place even in rainy weather, and the tour will operate as scheduled. However, the event may be canceled in cases of severe weather (such as typhoons, strong winds, heavy rain) or if river conditions make the fireworks display unsafe.
The tour will proceed unless the fireworks organizer officially announces a cancellation before the tour departure. In some cases, the decision to cancel may be made early on the morning of the event, and participants may be informed by the tour guide on the day of the tour.
If the fireworks event is canceled by the day before departure, the tour fee will be refunded. However, if the fireworks are canceled after the tour has departed, no refund will be provided. Transportation costs to and from the meeting point are also the customer’s responsibility.
If the fireworks event is canceled or postponed due to sudden severe weather after the tour has departed, the tour fee (including the seating fee) will not be refunded.
If heavy traffic or congestion causes a significant delay in the return time and guests miss their last public transportation, taxi fares or other transportation costs will be at the guest’s own expense.
Meals are not included in this tour.
Bringing food or drinks purchased outside the venue is not allowed. Please use the food trucks inside the venue or dine at Mitsui Outlet Park beforehand.
The return time is an estimate and may be delayed depending on traffic conditions. Please check your last available public transportation and plan your return accordingly before joining the tour.
