- Monday to Sunday: 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM
- Meeting Point: 711 Sentosa Cove
- Please arrive 15 minutes before charter start time.
- Note: Private hire vehicles, coaches, or taxis entering ONE°15 Marina will incur a $2/pax Sentosa entry fee.
- The program, duration, and start time may vary based on weather, yacht location, or guest preferences.
- Some amenities or water toys may be unavailable due to wear and tear, especially during peak periods.
- The yacht must be returned in its original condition; damages caused by guests will be chargeable.
- Inform the captain or crew immediately if any damage or safety concern arises.
- Participation in water activities is entirely at the guests’ own risk.
- Ensure timely return to avoid affecting subsequent charter schedules; additional fees may apply for late disembarkation.
- Charter proceeds in light rain; rescheduling only allowed if the captain deems cruising unsafe. No cancellations allowed due to weather.
- Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount.
- All children must be supervised by an accompanying adult.

- Cancellations 31 days or more before the activity date: 100% refund.
