Conveniently located near public transit stops, the tour is easily reachable. However, it is not wheelchair accessible—guests with mobility concerns should contact us in advance for possible accommodations. Most travelers can comfortably participate in this experience.
Age & Safety Requirements: Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Pregnant travelers can participate if under 24 weeks by the tour’s end.
What to Bring: Comfortable shoes and clothing for walking and exploring. Sun hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen to protect against Florida’s sunshine. Cash and drinks for hydration and convenience.

Pick-Up Location Policy: When booking, select your pick-up hotel. Failure to provide or update your pick-up location before departure may result in missing the tour. The company will not be responsible for missed tours, and any fees paid will not be refunded.
Tickets & Charges: Pre-purchased tickets or city passes are not accepted. Tickets must be purchased through us or via the guide. Group reservations are recommended for a seamless experience.

Parking & Transportation: Parking is not available at the meeting point. Transportation to and from the departure location is not included—please arrange your own travel.
Closed Attractions & Alternative Plans: If a scenic spot is closed, a suitable alternative will be arranged.
Booster Seat Policy for Children: Children under 6 years old must have a booster seat to participate. Guests are responsible for providing the booster seat and any fines for violations. Bus Travel Exception: Booster seats are not required when traveling by bus on the tour day.
