- Luggage pieces must be separate, not bundled with other items.

- Ensure your booked unit quantity matches the actual luggage quantity to avoid extra charges.
- Hotel delivery: Luggage collected and delivered by hotel concierge.
- Airbnb delivery: Luggage personally collected and delivered on-site by delivery staff.
- Delivery time: Fastest option is 4 hours, or arrival at destination at 18:00 or later.
- No Show policy: Order canceled without refund if 15 minutes late or unable to contact customer.
- Luggage cannot be returned to starting point after collection by AIRPORTELs.
- THB500 surcharge for drop-off after 12:00PM.
- AIRPORTELs contacts front desk or designated entity to collect luggage within 3 hours of appointed drop-off time.
- Luggage delivered according to schedule, no specific time appointments.
- AIRPORTELs waits up to 15 minutes at delivery location (airports, hotels, malls, homes).
- AIRPORTELs may deny booking or apply additional charges if customer deviates from booking details or service conditions.
Your booking will be confirmed by the provider instantly.
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 24 hours before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 24 hours before the date of selection.
Show mobile or printed voucher to the staff before commencing the activity.
Upon booking confirmation, this ticket is valid on the date of selection only.
