After a shared breakfast we will dive straight into the desert - heading in a south-east direction, through the towering dunes, rolling like waves across the horizon. The dune crossing itself will take up the most part of the day. We will spend the night deep in the heart of the desert; here there is no light pollution, no noise at all - only the sound of the whispering sands and the bright light from the stars and moon. Along the way we will stop along the way for photos, snacks and rest stops.

This morning we will de-camp and then make our way due East, towards the Indian ocean. Now the dunes will start to get a little smaller, gradually evening out as we get closer to the Indian Ocean. Once we spot the ocean on the horizon we will soon be at the final camping spot of the tour - directly on the beach front of the Indian Ocean, a place generally known as Ghalat. Here we will camp overnight

After waking up to the sound of the breaking waves, we will have breakfast together, de-camp and then drive a short way along the coastal road - keep the disappearing desert on our left hand side, and the ocean on our right. After a couple hours taking the 'scenic route' along the coast we will cut back inland and take the most direct route back to Muscat
