Chateau Ksara is Lebanon’s oldest and largest winery. Its wine is the most popular in Lebanon; it produces approximately 3 million bottles annually. In addition to the diversity of soil, Château Kefraya uses a wide and exciting range of grape varieties in its blends. Château St Thomas is the masterpiece of Saïd Touma, a man of passion with more than 55 years’ experience in distillation & fermentation of grape juice who inherited the legacy of producing Arak (Lebanese national drink), & passed it to his son Joe-Assaad.
