Vehicle changed to a Hiace for both of our bookings and based on the timing ... we did have much of a choice so we went ahead with it. Vehicle seat was not in very good condition and to be honest, the entire journey was quite uncomfortable. Would suggest vendor to not overcommit in future. If they are fully booked, just stop taking on bookings. Only saving grace is that the driver is polite and a decent and safe driver.

BOOKING PROCESS: Booked on Pelago. Vendor service is centrally managed and communications is mainly in mandarin. I booked for an Alphard both ways for 3 persons but was informed the night before that I was assigned a 9 seater van without extra charge for the first leg - I insisted on an Alphard but operator mentioned there were no alternatives. The comfort level for both vehicles are very different and it was too last minute to cancel. It’s not a benefit since I don’t need the capacity . Operator should ensure appropriate fleet before accepting the booking. DRIVER SERVICE: Very basic point A to B taxi service. Do not expect any other limousine type services (driver will not get down to help you with the doors etc). Do not expect pleasantries (you will get more in a normal taxi) and it costs roughly the same. TIMELINESS: Yes, both drivers on time, no delay.

If I have a choice, I will give 0 star! 1.Pelago reached out only after confirmation that there will be additional charge for pick up time from 9pm to 6 am. This was not stated clearly in the voucher , nor when I booked for the transfer! 2. Pelago customer service offered the pick up at 6.15 without additional charge, after contacting vendor ( by the time Pelago responded, free cancellation period was over!!!) 3. Negotiated a new timing 6.05 (original booking was 5.50am), Pelago confirmed timing was ok 4. Car details were given by Pelago CS, without driver contact details in the afternoon before the pick up day 5. No contact was made by driver at all until the pick up day…. Driver was NOT found, Pelago CS did not even attempt to to call driver ! 6. Driver turned up at 6.23 am !!!!! 7. Took longer route to the park and dropped us off at the wrong point, far from the gate !!! We were late in the queue !!!! No trust in Pelago anymore !!!
