Ferry was comfortable and well organised. Would highly recommend!
Effective, but you have to communicate with the front desk to search for your booking
Purtroppo la barca era piena e siamo stati sul ponte all'aperto. Ci avevano detto che c'era una sala sopra, ma non ce l'hanno indicata e non l'abbiamo trovata. Solo scendendo si vedeva la sala VIP alla quale però non sono sicura che ci avrebbero ammesso (pur avendo comprato il biglietto BUS VIP. Inoltre valige stipate male e riconsegnate in luogo diverso da quello dell'imbarco causando problemi a molti passeggeri. Partito con mezz'ora di ritardo. Bus comodo, ma arrivo anche qui con mezz'ora di ritardo. Viaggio faticoso!
The check in counter cant find the booking detail. We have to wait until the local agent contactable last minutes. Apparently, they booked wrong date. We almost missed the boarding, luckily we still manage to on board because the boat operator assisted us. Unpleasant experience to start our vacation.
