Highlights
This yoga event is a wonderful way to take care of yourself at the end of the day, as well as an excellent opportunity to connect with other visitors or island locals. We'll enjoy a gentle flow and meditation together, followed by a nourishing relaxation period (or savasana). After class, come together as a group or spread out one of the lagoon side tables to enjoy a glass of red or white wine or house sangria and discuss your trip and your time on the island.
Itinerary
Stella's Sunset Wine Bar & Restaurant
Sunset Flow followed by a glass of wine at Stella’s Sunset Wine Bar, hosted by Shannon Reeder, RYT 500 hours Wednesday evenings at 5 p.m. Join us lagoon side and close the day with a nourishing sunset practice, soaking in the last rays of the day and setting your intention for a relaxing evening. Enjoy a glass of wine or nonalcoholic concoction after class and watch the moon rise over the lagoon in Stella’s beautiful oasis. (Stella’s is closed to the public Wednesday nights, and our group will have exclusive access to the space).
