We will meet in the Vinicola Mentridana wine bar which is a typical Spanish wine bar. Rénald, your hypnosis practitioner will quickly explain to you what the state of hypnosis is, and will make you do small exercises to familiarize yourself with modified states of consciousness. A first white wine will be served to you and a tour of the table will be done to find out what flavors you smell on the nose and in the mouth. This moment is very friendly because there is no stake and it does not matter if we are wrong. Then, Rénald will take you on a hypnotic journey, will make you discover the region of the wine which is in your glass, will tell you about the climate, the basement of the vine, the grape variety, and the winegrower: Then Rénald will make you smell and taste the wine by giving you the flavors of it. It is at this moment that your senses will be multiplied thanks to the state of hypnosis. Finally, you will emerge from this state by opening your eyes and returning to a normal state of consciousness. We will do the same with a red wine under hypnosis.
