Choose a class for two or more and you will learn how to create a complete menu. You’ll also enjoy boutique Ligurian wines made by artisan producers, and selected to compliment the food. On an extended trip to the small, family-run shops and stalls of the Sanremo fruit and vegetable market you’ll source the best local ingredients in season. In addition to cooking pasta and the sauces to go with it, our engaging chef will show you how to make the perfect panna cotta – or tiramisù -, a typical Mediterranean antipasto (entrée), and a main course. The experience will end with a shared family style meal!
