Please allow time for parking and arrive to the boat 15 minutes prior to
departure. Plenty of cafe, bars and shops at The Wharf to enjoy before
boarding if you arrive earlier. If you need to come see us or can't find the
boat our office/shop is Saltwater Experiences - the 2nd retail shop in,
directly across from Sealife.

Our vessel is next to the iconic big, blue tower. The jetty entrance is in
back of Spero Restaurant. Enter across from Sealife (directly where the
crossing is) and you'll see the jetty ramp 20 meters in.

Consider sun protection and boat safe shoes or be prepared to remove shoes on
arrival (preferred), no heels or black soled shoes (or you may be required to
take them off upon boarding).

Ensure you have provided any dietary requirements 24 hours prior to departure

There is a bathroom and shade onboard.

Our licensed bar serves a range of beer, wine, spirits, cocktails and soft
drinks and card/cash payments accepted.

If the captain decides to postpone the tour due to severe weather we will
notify you as soon as possible via email and txt. Your ticket can transferred
onto any of our future tours, or a gift voucher provided.

** If it is only light rain we still proceed - be prepared, wear
appropriate clothing and just HAVE FUN! **
