  • Balloons can fly up to 2,000 feet (600 metres) or more, depending on weather.
  • The flight sometimes cruises just above treetops for scenic views.

Flight Distance: Typically covers 5 to 20 kilometres, depending on wind speed and direction.

Height Sensitivity

  • Most guests do not experience vertigo or motion sickness.
  • The basket is stable and the flight is peaceful.

Weather and Temperature

Passengers must be able to stand for the duration of the flight (about one hour) and climb in and out of the basket unassisted.
Children up to twelve years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Children aged 6 years and older are welcome, provided they are tall enough (generally over 120cm) to see over the basket side and are accompanied by a responsible adult.
Please wear comfortable outdoor clothing, dressing in layers, and sturdy shoes (like runners or hiking shoes). Open-toed shoes and heels should be avoided.
