Neo aka Thuan Ang was a brilliant tour guide for the two of us roaming around Hanoi for the first time - the 3 hours we spent with him went by in a flash but was also super informative and engaging! He also took us through streets and told us little stories of life outside the tourist trap which was really nice! Here's hoping we cross paths again when we visit next time :)
