Red wine grapes like Shiraz, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and white wine grapes like Chenin Blanc and Colombard are the main varieties at the estate. These grape varieties grow once a year, only during the cool and dry season. Pruning begins at the end of September beginning of October. The harvest starts about 150 to 160 days later, by end January until about mid-March. HFresh Table Grapes, however, seedless Maroons originally from Australia, grow all year around. They're farmed in a protected area of the estate. The guided tour of the vineyards will lead visitors to this area for a perfect picture stop. The tour also includes other fruit orchards such as dragon fruit, passion fruit, and more. These tropical fruits are a point of interest to many visitors. Your winery tour includes a tasting experience at the Wine Tasting and Education Center. Taste up to 3 amazing wines. Operating Hours
The PB Valley Khao Yai Winery tour is conducted 4-times daily at 9:15am, 11:15am, 1:15pm, and 3:15pm.
The tour takes about 70 minutes.

PB Valley Estate is located 150 km northeast of Bangkok. It's a comfortable drive of less than two hours from Bangkok Metropolis on a 6-lane highway.
PB Valley Estate is situated on the edge of the Khao Yai National Park. It is the birthplace of the famous Khao Yai wine region.
PB Valley Estate and the Khao Yai region can be visited all year around. This mountainous region northeast of Bangkok is always a few degrees cooler than Bangkok. But similar to all of Thailand, the best time for travellers is November to March which is the dry or so called "winter" season.
One of the very first large-scale and highly professional wineries in the tropical country was established since 1989.
The vineyard settles beautifully on a valley over 2,500 rais (400 hectares/ 1,000 acres), 350 to 380 maters above the sea level. Its strategic location guarantees a well-conditioned climate.
The winery is spread out over 3,000 square metres, including a Barrique room that houses genuine oak barrels made in France, each holding 255 litres.
A total of 150,000 litres of wine, or the equivalent yields of 200,000 bottles, are natured there to mature every year.
