- Be cautious while walking as the ice floor is slippery, increasing the risk of falls.
- Children 90 cm or shorter receive free admission but do not include an overcoat or drink (overcoat rental available for THB 80 at the counter).
- Children between 91 cm and 130 cm are charged the child rate.
