All 100% Portuguese, all from small producers, most of them with less than 6000 bottles in the market. You will taste 5 top Portuguese wines with your great host telling you more about the wine regions, the grape varietals, the families producing wine, etc. To go with the wine, we have prepared a selection of authentic Portuguese flavors. We start with a premium extra-virgin Portuguese olive oil tasting. Taste also 6 different artisan Portuguese cheeses from small producers, paired with typical jams, fruits and jams. To pair with the reds, a gourmet selection of free-range Iberian pork charcuterie with jam and pickles. To finish, the most awarded ham in the world, the iconic Pata Negra ham, long cure, “bolota”, probably the best meat in the world.
