Highlights
We are going to live 2 incredible days in contact with the water element, in an incredible cove and cenotes, where you will do many water activities such as swimming, kayaking, zip lines and rappelling in different settings.
You can choose if you will do first Xel-Ha or Xenotes tour, please let us know in which order will take your tours.
Xel-Ha is a water park to do a lot of activities or have a relax time while enjoy food and beverages (open bar, break fast and lunch)

Wear comfortable clothes, shoes and sunglasses, bring your swimsuit, towels and extra clothes.
Use biodegradable sunscreen and insect repellent.
For ziplines minimum height of 1.40 m and a minimum weight of 40 kg
There may be changes without prior notice in the logistics or operation of the tour.
The boarding pass tour operator sends you a blank one and it is mandatory to print it. Remember that the white one is the correct one, not the green viator purchase receipt.
Wear a swimsuit, water shoes and comfortable clothing. Additionally, bring an extra change of clothes and a towel.
Remember to bring cash or a credit card to purchase souvenirs, get the photos of your visit, or enjoy an Optional Activity.
Children over 4.5 ft but under 12 years of age must show an ID to verify their age as well.
For the zip-line activity, a minimum height of 4.5 ft (1.4 m) and a minimum weight of 88 lbs (40 kg) are required.
The use of the life jacket is mandatory during all water activities.
Please take into account that the cenotes are located in the middle of the jungle, so some roads to reach them are not paved and could be bumpy.
Also be aware that due to the location of the cenotes in the middle of the jungle, cell phone service is likely unavailable.
It is not possible to make a date change the same day of your visit.
There might be changes without prior notice to the tour’s logistics or operation.
Smoking Control: At Grupo Xcaret we comply with government regulations by offering smoke-free and emission-free spaces. For smoking, we have designated exclusive areas restricted for minors, pregnant women, senior citizens, and people with cardiovascular and pulmonary health problems.

We need the ID Screenshoot of the cardholder. Cardholder must to be the lead traveller name and is mandatory that person assist in the park, if we do not have everything we need we can not provide your official boarding pass
We are not responsibles if you forgot your personal belogings in the bus or park, make sure you do not forget any item when you get off the bus
