- Monday – Sunday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Ride Sessions: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- All riders must present a valid government-issued ID to participate.
- You must arrive at the venue at least 1 hour before your scheduled ride time.
- Please call +0377100833 at least 2 hours in advance to book your preferred timeslot after purchasing your voucher.
- All riders are required to sign an indemnity form before entering the FlowRider.
- Weekday tickets are not valid on Public Holidays; please purchase the Weekend/PH option for those dates.
- Participants must be at least 3 years old to join this activity.
- Height requirement for bodyboarding: Minimum 107cm.
- Height requirement for stand-up riding: Minimum 122cm.
- All riders must be able to swim through fast-moving water.
- Not suitable for pregnant women or individuals with serious medical conditions.
- Riders aged 18 and below must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Parents or guardians must present a valid ID for verification purposes.
- Standard pricing applies to all participants who meet the age and height requirements.
- Valid Government ID or Passport.
- Mobile or printed voucher.
- Proper watersport attire (board shorts and basic t-shirts).
- Avoid swimwear with zips, buttons, or bikinis as they are not permitted.
- This activity is not wheelchair accessible.
- Shower rooms and lockers are available on-site to freshen up after your session.
- Your booking is confirmed instantly.
- You will receive your voucher via email within 24 hours of booking.
- This booking is fully refundable if cancelled at any time before the scheduled date.
- No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
