- During peak season/weekends/public holidays, the ticket booth may be crowded and admission times may be delayed or restricted.

- This product does not have priority admission benefits. (This is not a pre-sale ticket product)

- Due to the nature of this facility as a multi-use facility and to maintain water quality, prevent fires, and create a pleasant environment, bringing in and using food, boxes, mats, umbrellas, and other equipment is prohibited.

- However, beverages, baby food, special food (for patients), and peeled, seedless fruits (if stored in an airtight container) excluding bottled water products may be brought in.

- Depending on on-site circumstances, use of some facilities may be restricted or unavailable due to facility maintenance or inspection.

- For safety reasons, elderly people and children must be accompanied by a guardian. We are not responsible for accidents caused by negligence.

- If you lose your locker key, you must immediately report the loss to a staff member to prevent others from using it. A separate loss fee will be charged.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Male and female children aged 4 years or older (48 months) are not allowed to bathe together according to the Public Health Management Act.

- We are not responsible for theft or loss of valuables not stored in the safe deposit box.

- We do not offer refunds for unused facilities.

- Lockers and showers are available in the main building. *You may be directed to the annex depending on the situation.

[Cancellation and Refund Information]

* 100% refund is possible if a refund is requested within the validity period, only if the entire order is unused.

(However, no refunds are possible after 14 days from expiration date)

* Partial use of the entire order is possible, but partial refunds are not possible.

(Example: If you purchase 4 tickets and only use 2, you cannot get a refund for the remaining 2 tickets, but you can use them separately within the validity period.)

* Partial cancellation/partial refund is not possible.
