Japan HopFest - SJ60 Edition
From the organisers of Sake Matsuri comes Japan HopFest, a premier showcase of the best craft beer in Singapore. For this special SJ60 Edition, Singapore's own craft breweries pour side by side with Japan's finest for the very first time. Expect rare direct-from-Japan microbrews you won't find in local bottle shops, from Uchu's tropical ""juice bomb"" Hazy IPAs and West Coast Brewing's crisp, hop-forward IPAs to Totopia's bold sours and OatCream IPAs, Vertere's elegant mountain-brewed ales and award-winning beers from Isekado, one of Japan's most decorated craft breweries. Some brewery founders and head brewers will be on site to share the stories behind their labels. Beers are served in 330ml pours using festival tokens, so you can explore everything from crisp lagers to hazy IPAs, sours and stouts at your own pace. With beer-friendly food vendors, live DJs and a buzzing festival atmosphere, it is a two-day celebration for seasoned enthusiasts and first-time explorers alike.

- Japan HopFest returns for a special SJ60 Edition at Sands Expo & Convention Centre Hall C, Marina Bay Sands, celebrating 60 years of Japan-Singapore friendship.
- Taste from renowned Japanese craft breweries: Uchu Brewing, West Coast Brewing, Totopia Brewery, Vertere and Ise Kadoya (Isekado).
- For the first time, Singapore's own craft breweries join the line-up: AsaBrew, Lion Brewery Co, Off Day Beer Company, People People Brewing Co and Sunbird Brewing Co.
- Every ticket includes a complimentary Festival Beer.
- Live DJs, performances and a Saturday session that runs until midnight.

- Meeting Point: Japan HopFest registration counter at Hall C, Sands Expo & Convention Centre, Marina Bay Sands.
- By MRT: Bayfront station on the Downtown and Circle lines connects directly to Marina Bay Sands. Follow the signs to the Sands Expo & Convention Centre.
- By ride-hailing: Drop off at Marina Bay Sands and use the venue's designated pick-up and drop-off points.
- If you are drinking, please leave the car at home and plan a safe ride back.
- A Japan HopFest ticket is required for entry to the craft beer festival.
- Your ticket is valid for the full day shown on your ticket. The 2-Day Pass is valid on both 28 and 29 November 2026.
- Re-entry is allowed within the day's operating hours as long as you keep your festival wristband on.
- Every ticket includes 1 Festival Beer per day, redeemable at the Festival Counter.
- Additional beers are purchased using festival tokens from the Festival Counter. Tokens cost S$4 each, and each 330ml pour costs 3-4 tokens.
- The event is indoors and proceeds rain or shine.
- The organiser may refuse service to, or remove without refund, any guest who is aggressive or intoxicated.
- Food and beverages may contain allergens such as barley, wheat, gluten, soy and seafood. Please check with individual vendors.
- The organiser may change the programme, line-up, layout and hours without prior notice. Changes take effect once posted on japanhopfest.com.
- Festival amenities include the Festival Counter for tokens and Festival Beer redemption, beer-friendly food vendors, live DJs and performances, and paid parking at Marina Bay Sands.
- Alcohol is served only to guests aged 18 and above.
- A valid photo ID such as NRIC, passport or Singpass is required for age verification.
- Alcohol will not be served to anyone under 18 years old.
- Because of the late-night hours, including operation until 12:00 AM on Saturday, Japan HopFest is recommended for adults.
- Parents who bring minors do so at their own discretion.
- Valid photo ID for age verification, such as NRIC, passport or Singpass.
- Pelago voucher, either mobile or printed.
- Your booking is confirmed instantly.
- The stated confirmation window is within 24 hours.
- This booking is non-cancellable.
- All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
- Tickets are transferable, so you may pass your ticket to a friend if you can no longer attend.

It was a good, simple event with easy check-in and accompanying free drinks for redemption. I love that it wasn't overcrowded and people could get seats easily to taste their drinks.
Beers selection were great. Would be nice to also offer taster sets, better for newbies like me to try the different beers. Live band will also be exciting next time.
