Easy to activate and connection is great so far.
Since this is a top-up product, you should not send an email asking the user to activate the eSIM again. Instead, simply send a message letting them know that new data has been added to the existing account. Your current process caused me to waste an hour attempting a "new" activation and contacting your support team.
