Getting tickets was a breeze. show at entrance and no-fuss entry. Wheelchair rentals are at the ticketing counter - exchange photo ID and phone number to rent. Zoo is small and can be completed within 1-2 hours. Simple exhibitions of animals, they don't have the usual big animals. Very easy to walk and view, located in city central, which makes it such a no-brainer to visit when in the city and in Central Park.
