At the airport, our chauffeur will be waiting for the clients outside the arrivals gate. He will be holding the client's name on a board. If you are unable to reach the chauffeur, please contact us or send us a mail.

At the train stations in Paris, the clients should meet the chauffeur outside the station as there is very limited parking space as it's full most of the time.

For the departures from Paris to the airport, our chauffeur will be waiting for you outside the hotel or the given address at the requested time. He will call you to meet him outside the hotel.

PLEASE NOTE that 20,00€ extra will be charged as night charges for reservation between 21:30 pm till 06:00 am. Payment has to be done by cash directly to the chauffeur.

*** On arrivals at the airports, the chauffeur will be waiting for you 30mins-40min max free of charge from the given arrival time, anything over charges apply.

Please kindly note if you are facing any issues at your terminal, do contact us as each of our chauffeurs have a schedule to attend to.

*** If there's any delays or cancellation, please let us know ASAP by mail or by calling us.

*** If you bring more luggages than what it is mentioned on the price, additional charges will be applied by the chauffeur.

*** No luggages or bags are allowed in the seating areas.

*** You are not allowed to smoke and to eat inside.

*** Damages or making a mess in the vehicle will have charges of minimum 100.00€ (unclean shoes, throwing dirt on the vehicle floors, vomiting etc..) as we strive to have a very clean and luxury vehicle for all clients.
