Skip the line at the green counter or green ticket machines and use the
machine exclusive to the Haruka train

1. Present the QR code or confirmation code at the Haruka ticket machine next to the ticket gate at Kansai Airport Station to exchange the printed train ticket
   
   - Scan your QR code
   
   - Select the train (you can choose trains departing in 5 minutes)
   
   - Collect your printed train ticket and enter through the manual ticket gate
   
   - Entry is only allowed from Kansai Airport Station
   
   ** Refunds, date changes, or train changes are not possible after exchanging
   the e-voucher for the printed ticket

   
   

2. If the Haruka ticket machines is out of service, please redeem at the green ticket vending machines marked with "passport" icons or the green counter
