Booking on line was easy. It was good that there was a person in a yellow coat at the boarding point . It made it easier to find. The trip to the airport was value fir money.
Excellent driving. Feel very safe <- very important to us traveling like this. Luggage goes underneath. Pretty clean seating.

Frequent departure times, clean buses, nice people that work for the buses. Nothing to improve ♥️
Turn right out of the arrival hall and walk to the bus station. There will be a wc on your right and you have arrived. There will be loads of buses there. I am not sure if the order but SIT were in the first position.
Ticket checkers don’t communicate well. Says that others let skip the line had “timed reservations “, some did but others bought tickets on the spot and forced those in line to wait 30 mins for next bus.
It will great if the length for leg slightly longer then will be more comfortable
The bus was on time and took us swiftly to the Vatican stop. Excellent value. The staff member checking us onto the bus could have been more welcoming (he didn't look at us or speak, just pointed his scanner at people's phones and documents). His ticket scanner was slow to work which made boarding a longer process than expected.
