We enjoy every much the lounge. The food is good and ambience nice.
Great way to relax between flights
Bought the pass on the same day of usage without any issues.
Nice place
Very full, only 1 toilet working. Had to request a tea cup. A lot of spicy food we cannot eat Not really worth the money. Only good thing was getting a seat as no where to sit in Penang airport when busy.
Food was terrible- poor selection compared to other premium lounges I’ve been to, and cold. No wine. A/C was ridiculously low and it was freezing. Staff were helpful.
