Tempura is not a simple dish for hands-on use, but is cooked by a Japanese chef.Enjoy freshly fried tempura, such as shrimp and seasonal vegetables, with your own fried noodles.

In Hokkaido, one of Japan's leading soba producing regions, you can not only "make and eat" soba, but also experience Japanese soba culture such as soba hot springs and how to eat it.


The soba-making experience takes about 30 minutes.After that, you will be served your own beaten soba noodles and freshly fried tempura, which takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes in total.No tools or belongings are required.


Children under 5 are free of charge.


It is within walking distance of Shiroi Koibito Park, so you can enjoy it in combination with Sapporo sightseeing.

This experience originally started for Japanese customers who wanted to enjoy authentic soba noodles casually, and has now attracted travelers from all over the world. An active soba artisan will support you while demonstrating, and you can experience authentic soba making using the tools actually used in the shop and buckwheat flour and wheat from Hokkaido. 【Soba making experience】 ① Mix buckwheat flour and water ②Knead the dough ③ Stretch the dough ④ Cut with a special buckwheat knife (5) Eat your own buckwheat noodles You can experience the whole process of making buckwheat noodles with your own hands, from flour to kneading, stretching and cutting. It's a small store. Not advisable for children under 6 to join the activity. You get a meal with your personal made noodle after the noodle making activity. There are limited parking space outside the shop.
