• Install the Pelago app and sign in using the account linked to your booking.

• If this is your first Pelago eSIM, install it through the Pelago app and follow the on-screen instructions.
• If you already have a Pelago eSIM, you do not need to install another one.
• Installing your eSIM does not start your plan validity.
• Once installed, do not delete it from your device.
• Keep it switched off until you arrive at your destination.

1. Turn on your Pelago eSIM.
2. Select the Pelago eSIM as your mobile data line.
3. Enable data roaming for the Pelago eSIM.
4. Allow your device a few moments to connect to a supported local network
5. Open a messaging app or website to confirm your internet connection is working.

Your plan validity begins when the Pelago eSIM first successfully connects to a supported network at your destination.

Check that:

• the Pelago eSIM is switched on;
• the Pelago eSIM is selected for mobile data;
• Data roaming is enabled for the Pelago eSIM; and
• your device has connected to a supported local network.
