Really nice aquarium
AOAO is not a typical aquarium. the displays are kept in many small tanks, so there's a wide variety of fishes both fresh and salt water. my 4 year old enjoyed the aquarium very much, as she could see the displays up close with not much crowd. the penguins are really close and cute as well
I’ve been to a few aquariums in Japan, though smaller AOAO was 3 levels and akin to an art gallery with its lovely displays and accompanying books.
