  3. Assessment

  4. Meeting the Team

What is the assessment process?

Pelago adopts a variety of assessment procedures from interviews, case studies to coding challenges. The type of assessment will depend on the team and position you have applied for.

Be Prepared

Do your read up on Pelago and be familiar with the requirements of the role that you have applied for. Explore our website and our mobile app.

Highlight your strengths

Your resume and CV should demonstrate your ability to take on the role that you have applied for. Emphasise the relevant experiences and strengths that you believe will make you a good fit for the role!

Don't be afraid to ask questions

Our hiring process isn't just about us interviewing you, interview us too! Ask questions, find out if the role or if our culture is the right fit for you as well.

When sharing your experience, use the STAR Technique:

Situation - Describe an event, project or challenge you faced at work.

Task - What were your responsibilities or goals in the situation?

Action - How did you resolve the situation? What steps did you take and why?

Result - What was the outcome as a result of what you did?
