    Terms and Conditions

    1. All bookings are subject to Pelago’s Terms of Use. The earning and redemption of KrisFlyer miles are subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.


    2. All KrisFlyer members are eligible for SGD 15, or currency equivalent:
      - A minimum spend of SGD 50 (or currency equivalent) is required;
      - User must be a valid be valid KrisFlyer members at the time of booking;
      - Only valid for use up to two times per member;
      - Promotion is stackable only with KrisFlyer Exclusive deals and cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or privileges unless otherwise stated.
      - Available sitewide with no product exclusions, except Culture Pass products

    3. Earn 3 KrisFlyer miles for every SGD 1 (or equivalent) spent on bookings made and completed through Pelago, unless otherwise stated on the product or checkout page.

    4. Bonus KrisFlyer miles apply only to bookings made on eligible products and ticket types that explicitly display the “KrisFlyer Exclusives” label and its respective earn rate. Pelago reserves the right not to award bonus miles for bookings made on options or ticket types that do not display this label, even if the product is part of the promotion.

    5. To be eligible for miles, you must enter a valid KrisFlyer membership number at the time of booking, and the booking name must match your KrisFlyer membership records. Miles will not be credited if details do not match.

    6. From 1 September 2025, KrisFlyer and/or PPS Club members will earn 1 Elite mile for every SGD 1 spent in a single transaction on Pelago. Only base spend qualifies; tier bonuses and promotional bonuses are excluded.

    7. From 1 September 2025, PPS Club members will earn 1 PPS Value for every SGD 3 spent in a single transaction on Pelago. Only base spend qualifies; tier bonuses and promotional bonuses are excluded.

    8. KrisFlyer miles, Elite miles, and PPS Value are calculated based on the final amount paid after applicable discounts, promo codes, or gift cards. A maximum of 50,000 KrisFlyer miles (including bonus miles) may be earned per booking. This cap does not apply to Elite miles or PPS Value.

    9. KrisFlyer miles, Elite miles, and PPS Value will be credited only after the booked experience has been completed. Cancelled bookings are not eligible. Please allow up to 1 week after completion for crediting. Missing miles claims should be submitted via KrisFlyer Membership Services.

    10. You must be a valid KrisFlyer member at the time of booking and at the time of completing the experience. Non-members may visit www.krisflyer.com to enrol.

    11. Miles earned or redeemed must be for your own KrisFlyer account. Transfer of miles to another account is not permitted, and any such miles may be reversed.

    12. Earning of KrisFlyer miles is not valid with other Pelago promotions, offers, or privileges unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms.
      Promo codes are non-transferable, not for resale, and not exchangeable for cash, credit, or any other items, in full or in part. Pelago reserves the right to cancel, invalidate, or reject any promo code that is used in breach of these terms.

    13. Prices displayed on Pelago or its marketing channels are indicative and subject to change due to promotions, currency fluctuations, or market conditions. Final prices are reflected at checkout.

    14. All collection, use, and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with Pelago’s Privacy Policy.

    15. Pelago and Singapore Airlines reserve the right to amend these terms or terminate any promotion at their sole discretion without prior notice.

    16. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
