I cannot log in to my Pelago account (non-KrisFlyer login)

What is a Pelago account?

In this article, a Pelago account refers only to accounts created using login methods other than KrisFlyer. This includes accounts created using:

  • An email address and password, or

  • Google login, or

  • Facebook login

It does not apply to accounts created or accessed using:

  • KrisFlyer login, or

  • The Kris+ app

If you are trying to sign in using your KrisFlyer account, please refer to the dedicated article below for the correct steps and troubleshooting:


Common login issues (Non-KrisFlyer Pelago accounts only)

Unable to log in

If you’re unable to log in to your non-KrisFlyer Pelago account, please check the following:

  • Incorrect login credentials

    Please ensure that:

    • You are using the same email address used when signing up on Pelago

    • You are entering the correct password for that email account

  • Forgot password

    If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it easily:

    • Click on [this] link

    • You will receive an email with a secure reset link and instructions

    • Follow the steps in the email to create a new password and regain access

    • This applies only to email-based Pelago accounts (non-KrisFlyer login)

  • Account temporarily locked

    For security reasons, your account will be temporarily locked for 1 hour after 5 unsuccessful login attempts.

    • You can unlock your account immediately by clickin on [this] link to reset your password
