Common login issues (Non-KrisFlyer Pelago accounts only)

If you’re unable to log in to your non-KrisFlyer Pelago account, please check the following:

- You are using the same email address used when signing up on Pelago
- You are entering the correct password for that email account

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it easily:

- Click on [<a href="https://www.pelago.com/en-SG/forgot-password/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">this</a>] link
- You will receive an email with a secure reset link and instructions
- Follow the steps in the email to create a new password and regain access
- This applies only to email-based Pelago accounts (non-KrisFlyer login)

For security reasons, your account will be temporarily locked for 1 hour after 5 unsuccessful login attempts.

- You can unlock your account immediately by clickin on [<a href="https://www.pelago.com/en-SG/forgot-password/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">this</a>] link to reset your password

- Incorrect login credentials
  Please ensure that:
