I cannot log in to my KrisFlyer Account

A user can create an account on Pelago by linking their KrisFlyer account.


Login Issues & Troubleshooting

  1. Unable to proceed with Log In

    If you are logging in using e-mail, please ensure that:

    1. The e-mail ID matches with your KrisFlyer account

    2. The First and Last name of the Pelago Account matches the KrisFlyer account

    Alternatively, please use your 10-digit KrisFlyer Membership number instead of an email address when logging in.

    If the issue persists, we also suggest trying the above steps in Incognito mode.

  2. Did Not Receive the OTP Prompt Pop-Up

    Some browsers may prevent the OTP window from appearing. If this happens, we recommend trying a different browser. For example, if you’re using Safari, try Google Chrome instead.

  3. Unable to receive KrisFlyer's One-Time Pin (OTP)

    Here are some possible reasons why the OTP isn’t coming through:

    1. Your mobile service provider may be experiencing delays

    2. You're overseas and haven't activated SMS roaming on your device

    3. The SMS might have been marked as spam and blocked by your provider

    What You Can Do

    1. Choose to receive the OTP via email instead of SMS: You can select this option on the OTP screen during login.

    2. Check your email inbox, including your Spam or Junk folder

    If you’ve tried both SMS and email but still can’t receive the OTP, the issue may be linked to your KrisFlyer membership account. In this case, please reach out directly to KrisFlyer Membership Services for further assistance.
