What does my booking status mean?

After placing a booking, a status will be assigned to show its progress. You can view your booking status by referring to your Profile → Bookings.


Here’s a simple guide to help you understand what each status means:

Processing - What it means:
Your booking is currently under review.

What you can do:

  • No action is needed on your part.

  • You can check the expected confirmation time at the top of the product page.

  • We’ll notify you once your booking is confirmed or if any further updates are needed.

  • Keep an eye on your email and WhatsApp for updates.


Confirmed - What it means:
Your booking request was successful!

What you can do:

  • Check your email or WhatsApp for the confirmation message and vouchers.

  • Refer to the redemption instructions on the product page to see if any extra steps are required before your visit.

  • The product page may also include important information to help you prepare.

Failed - What it means:
Your booking was not successful, usually due to a payment issue.

What you can do:


Pending Cancellation - What it means:
You’ve submitted a cancellation request, and it's currently under review.

What you can do:

  • Please allow up to 7 days for the request to be processed.

  • If approved, your status will update to Cancelled and you’ll be notified.

  • If the cancellation cannot be processed, the status will return to Confirmed.


Cancelled - What it means:
Your booking has been cancelled, either by you or the provider.
