After placing a booking, a status will be assigned to show its progress. You can view your booking status by referring to your Profile → Bookings.
Here’s a simple guide to help you understand what each status means:
Processing - What it means:
Your booking is currently under review.
What you can do:
No action is needed on your part.
You can check the expected confirmation time at the top of the product page.
We’ll notify you once your booking is confirmed or if any further updates are needed.
Keep an eye on your email and WhatsApp for updates.

Confirmed - What it means:
Your booking request was successful!
What you can do:
Check your email or WhatsApp for the confirmation message and vouchers.
Refer to the redemption instructions on the product page to see if any extra steps are required before your visit.

Failed - What it means:
Your booking was not successful, usually due to a payment issue.
What you can do:
Try booking again using a different card.
Make sure:
Your card details are correct
Your card is enabled for online and international payments
You complete any security steps (e.g. OTP)
Pending Cancellation - What it means:
You’ve submitted a cancellation request, and it's currently under review.
What you can do:
Please allow up to 7 days for the request to be processed.
If approved, your status will update to Cancelled and you’ll be notified.
If the cancellation cannot be processed, the status will return to Confirmed.
Cancelled - What it means:
Your booking has been cancelled, either by you or the provider.
What you can do:
A full refund has been issued (if applicable).
Refunds will be returned to your account within the stated timeline.
