After placing a booking, a status will be assigned to show its progress. You can view your booking status by referring to your Profile → Bookings.
Here’s a simple guide to help you understand what each status means:
Booking Status: Processing (Pending Confirmation)
What does Processing mean?
If your booking status shows Processing, it means your booking is pending confirmation.
At this stage, your booking has been successfully submitted, but it is still awaiting manual review or approval from our experience provider to ensure all details are in order.
Why is my booking still processing?
Some bookings require additional checks by our partners before they can be fully confirmed. This may include:
Availability checks
Verification of booking details
Manual approval by the experience provider

How long does confirmation take?
Most bookings are confirmed within 24 to 72 hours, depending on the experience and provider.
Once confirmed, your booking status will update automatically, and you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Can I cancel while my booking is processing?
Yes. While your booking is Processing / Pending Confirmation, it has not been fully confirmed yet and you may cancel it if you no longer wish to proceed.
How to cancel your booking
Go to Bookings
Select the booking you wish to cancel
Click Cancel Booking
Choose your reason for cancellation and submit
Cancelled bookings will be fully refunded, with no additional charges

Will my booking be cancelled if it’s processing for too long?
In rare cases, a booking that remains Processing (Pending Confirmation) may not be successfully confirmed.
If this happens:
Your booking status will update automatically
You’ll receive an email notification explaining that the booking was not confirmed and, where available, the reason why
Please rest assured that this does not happen often, and most bookings are confirmed within the expected timeframe.
Why might a booking not be confirmed?
If no specific issue is shown, it is usually due to one of the following reasons:
Availability
Although the date appeared bookable at the time of booking, the experience may have become fully booked after further review
In some cases, the experience provider may be unable to proceed on the selected date due to unforeseen circumstances
Minimum number of participants not met
Some activities require a minimum number of participants
If this minimum is not reached, the experience provider may be unable to proceed with the booking
What happens if my booking isn’t confirmed?
If your booking cannot be confirmed:
Your booking status will update automatically to Cancelled
You’ll receive an email notification with the outcome
Any charges made will be refunded in full
You may proceed to make a new booking for a different date or experience
Booking Status: Confirmed
Confirmed - What it means:
Your booking request was successful!
What you can do:
Check your email or WhatsApp for the confirmation message and vouchers.
Refer to the redemption instructions on the product page to see if any extra steps are required before your visit.
The product page may also include important information to help you prepare.

Booking Status: Failed
Failed - What it means:
Your booking was not successful, likely due to a payment issue.
What you can do:
Try booking again using a different card.
Make sure:
Your card details are correct
Your card is enabled for online and international payments
You complete any security steps (e.g. OTP)
Booking Status: Pending Cancellation
Pending Cancellation - What it means:
You’ve submitted a cancellation request, and it's currently under review.
What you can do:
Please allow up to 7 days for the request to be processed.
If approved, your status will update to Cancelled and you’ll be notified.
If the cancellation cannot be processed, the status will return to Confirmed.
Booking Status: Cancelled
Cancelled - What it means:
Your booking has been cancelled, either by you or the provider.
What you can do:
A full refund has been issued (if applicable).
Refunds will be returned to your account within the stated timeline.
