How to Book a Pelago x Transferz Airport Transfer

  3. Select Vehicle & Add-Ons

    1. Choose a vehicle that fits your group size and preferences.

    2. Optional add-ons include Meet & Greet service and special requests like a baby seat.

  4. Provide Information

    1. Enter your contact details and flight information.

    2. Optionally, add your KrisFlyer number to earn miles. To make sure your miles are credited, please ensure the booking name matches your KrisFlyer account name.

  5. Complete payment

    1. Finalise your booking with secure payment.

  6. Receive confirmation

    1. You will receive an instant confirmation email containing:

      1. Trip details and voucher

      2. Driver’s contact

      3. Link/QR code to manage your booking

How can I make changes or cancel my booking?

  • Use the link or QR code in your confirmation email

  • You can modify or cancel up to 24 hours before your activity date

  • Note: No cancellation is allowed for 12-seater or larger vehicles


Will I earn KrisFlyer miles for this booking?

  • Yes! You will earn 8 KrisFlyer miles per S$1 spent

  • Miles will be credited after your trip is completed, up to 2 months after the activity date.


Driver Waiting Time Policy

  • Standard Waiting Time: Drivers will wait up to 45 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time.

  • Flight Delays: Drivers will track flight delays in real-time and adjust pick-up times accordingly.

  • Booking Void Policy: If a flight is delayed by 3 hours or more, the booking will be voided automatically and you will be notified.

  • No-Show Policy: If the passenger does not show up within the waiting time and buffer period, the booking will be voided, and the customer will be notified.

    • The buffer period may vary depending on the specific rules of the airport


Luggage Guidelines

  • Standard Luggage: Standard luggage and carry-ons are limited to a maximum size of 28 inches

  • Special Luggage: Special luggage (e.g., baby strollers, bicycles, surfboards, and wheelchairs) must be selected as an add-on during booking.

  • Any additional cost will be reflected at checkout.
