What payment methods can I use?

Pelago accepts several payment methods, depending on how and where you make your booking.

Important Notes

You can pay using credit or debit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and UnionPay

If you have a Singapore bank account, you can choose PayNow as a fast and secure way to complete your payment.

How PayNow works:

Digital wallets such as Apple Pay, GrabPay, Google Pay, Naver Pay, Samsung Pay, Payco, and GoPay. Note: WeChat Pay and Alipay are temporarily disabled as of 16 Jul 2026 due to a technical issue.

The Apple Pay option will only appear when using the Safari web browser on a desktop or mobile. In addition to using the Safari browser, users must fully set up and enable their Apple Pay in their Settings for the Apple Pay option to be displayed on the Payment page.

Payment by GrabPay is only available in Singapore and Malaysia and will be transacted in their prevailing currencies, Singapore Dollars (SGD) and Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) respectively.

You will be redirected to GrabPay’s website to authenticate the transaction using a one-time password. After authenticating, you will be redirected back to Pelago's website.

Payment by GoPay is only available when transacting in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

When you select GoPay as a payment method, you will be redirected to GoPay's website where a QR code will be available for your to scan via your GoPay app.

After payment, you will be redirected back to Pelago's website

Select the credit or debit card that is saved to your Google Account.

Update as of 16 Jul 2026: Alipay has been temporarily disabled due to a technical issue. Please try other payment methods.

Alipay is currently only able to support the following currencies (depending on the location of the activity): CNY, AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, HKD, JPY, SGD, MYR, NZD, and USD.

You will be redirected to Alipay's payment gateway and are later required to log into your Alipay account. Scan the QR code on the screen to proceed with payment.

WeChat Pay is currently only able to support the following currencies (depending on the location of the activity): CNY, AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, HKD, JPY, SGD, USD, and CHF.

A QR Code will appear when checking out with WeChat Pay. Complete the payment by scanning it using the WeChat app.

Note: KrisFlyer miles cannot be redeemed through the Kris+ App.

Bookings using KrisPay are only available through the Kris+ App. When you pay with KrisPay, you can use either KrisPay miles or a linked card. These are the only payment options available when booking on the Kris+ App.
