How to Redeem Your Exclusive Travel Activity Discount
Follow these steps:
Select your preferred activity on pelago.com
On the 'Booking Details' page, fill in your details and proceed to select the "Singapore Airlines Promo" section
Under this section, enter the following details:
Singapore Airlines Flight Booking Reference (PNR) (6 characters)
Passenger’s Last Name
Click on the 'Apply' button and proceed to complete your payment
Where can I find my booking reference (PNR)?
A Flight PNR is also known as your Flight's Booking Reference. Your SIA/Scoot PNR can be found in:
Booking Confirmation Email
SIA or Scoot Website

What is the cap discount for this promotion?
SIA Ticketholders will enjoy a 10% Discount capped at SGD 50.00, or currency equivalent
Scoot Ticketholders will enjoy a 20% Discount capped at SGD 15.00, or currency equivalent
How many times and how soon can I book with each SIA booking reference (PNR)?
Each Singapore Airlines booking reference (PNR) can be used up to three times (3X), regardless of the number of passengers within a single SIA flight booking.
The Singapore Airlines booking reference (PNR) is valid for use from the issue date up to the date of the last segment of the same Singapore Airlines flight booking. The last segment of your Singapore Airlines flight booking refers to the last flight you will take in your flight booking.
The Singapore Airlines booking reference (PNR) must be valid, i.e. the flight booking is still confirmed, at the time of booking.
Example: A flight booking was confirmed on 1 July 2024, and a Singapore Airlines booking reference (PNR) was issued. The last segment of the Singapore Airlines flight booking is 30 September 2024. The validity period is from 1 July 2024 up till 30 September 2024.
How many times can I book with each Scoot booking reference (PNR)?
Each Scoot booking reference (PNR) is only valid for use once (1) per ticketed Flight Booking, regardless of the number of passengers within a single Scoot flight booking.
Is the promotion valid for activities and experiences across all destinations?
No, the promotion is only valid for travel experiences on Pelago in the destination and layover countries associated with the PNR used for the booking
Example: For a SIN-KUL-MEL flight (Singapore to Melbourne via Kuala Lumpur), the PNR will be valid for all products in the country of destination (Australia) and also the layover country (Malaysia).
The promotion also does not apply to these products:
Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix 2025, including Hospitality Packages
Can I apply a promo code and enjoy this exclusive dicsount at the same time?
No, a promo code and this Singapore Airlines customer perk cannot be applied at the same time, to the same booking. You can choose to either enjoy savings provided through the promo code or the Singapore Airlines customer perk.
Common Issues and Troubleshooting
When my Pelago booking is cancelled, will I still be able to apply flight booking reference as a promo code for my next booking?
Yes, you will still be able to apply it to your next booking.
I am not able to apply the promotion successfully. I have entered my last name in the 'Last name' field, and it says "As in passport".
Please provide the last name that was entered in your flight booking and matches your passport.
When I entered the flight booking reference (PNR) into the 'Booking Reference' field, it says "Verification failed".
Please ensure that you have entered the flight booking reference (PNR) correctly.
If it is indeed correct, please verify the mobile number registered in your Pelago account. Unverified accounts are not able to enjoy this promotion.
