Platform Eligibility
Promo codes often depend on where you make your booking. For example:
Bookings made directly on the Pelago website or app are generally eligible for promo codes.
Bookings made through third-party platforms like Kris+ are not eligible for Pelago promo codes but may let you earn KrisFlyer miles.
The activity that you are looking to book is excluded from promotions.
Check out our Product Exclusions list for more details. If the activity is indeed indicated in the list, consider applying your desired promotion for other activities that are eligible for further discounts!
Wrong promo code was entered
When entering the promo code, make sure it exactly matches the format specified in the promotion. Double-check for any extra spaces at the beginning or end of the field, and only include dashes or special characters if they are explicitly mentioned in the promo details. This will help ensure the code is applied successfully without errors.
Incorrect payment type used
Additionally, promo codes cannot be redeemed if you’re using alternative payment methods like KrisFlyer miles to complete your booking.
For card promotions, make sure to use the exact card specified in the promotion to qualify for the offer.
Some promo codes also require the use of specific types of cards, like VISA or BCA cards, to qualify for the discount.
Flight Booking Confirmation Status
Some promo codes tied to Singapore Airlines (SIA) booking references require your flight booking to be confirmed. Make sure your flight status is confirmed before applying the promo code as pending or waitlisted flights are ineligible.
Redemption limit (e.g. only eligible for 1000 redemptions) of the promo code has been met.
