If you redeemed KrisFlyer miles for a booking, you won't earn additional miles for that booking.
If you paid by other methods and didn’t earn miles, check the following:
Activity date has passed: It may take up to 7 days after the activity date for miles to be credited.
Booking is confirmed: Cancelled or failed bookings don’t earn miles.
Correct KrisFlyer number: Ensure your 10-digit KrisFlyer number was entered correctly.
The name on your Pelago booking matches the name on your KrisFlyer account.
What if there’s a name mismatch?
You might notice this immediately or receive an email from KrisFlyer about the mismatch.
All earned KrisFlyer miles are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
We cannot retroactively credit KrisFlyer miles unless:
There was a typo in the name (e.g., John Doe instead of Jogn Doe).
There’s a mismatch between your Chinese and Christian names (e.g., Tan John Doe instead of Tan John).
Forgot to enter my KrisFlyer number. Can I earn miles?
If you didn’t enter your KrisFlyer number during booking, we cannot retroactively credit the miles.
What if I cancel my booking after the activity date?
If you cancel or refund your booking after the activity date, any earned KrisFlyer miles will be removed from your account.
