The minimum redemption amount is 1,000 KrisFlyer miles per transaction. Redemptions must be made in full for the total value of your booking.
Can I partially pay in KrisFlyer miles and the remainder with another payment method?
Each booking can only be paid with one type of payment. Mixed payment methods are currently not supported, hence, do consider alternative payment methods if you do not have sufficient KrisFlyer miles.
Can I pool my KrisFlyer miles with another KrisFlyer member, or use KrisFlyer miles from someone else’s account?
A combination of KrisFlyer miles from different accounts is not possible.
KrisFlyer miles redemption can only be used and enjoyed by the primary holder of the KrisFlyer account, or their redemption nominees.
