Why am I unable to redeem KrisFlyer miles for my booking?

If you're unable to redeem KrisFlyer miles or use them as a payment method on Pelago, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

The activity is not eligible for KrisFlyer miles redemption.

Eligibility of redemption may include:

  • Minimum booking amount:

    The minimum redemption amount is 1,000 KrisFlyer miles per transaction.

  • Products that are not eligible for payments by KrisFlyer Miles redemption: For activities that are not eligible for KrisFlyer miles redemption, please consider other payment methods.

The KrisFlyer membership number entered when booking is invalid or incorrect.

Refer to your KrisFlyer account to enter the correct 10-digit membership number. You may log in to your KrisFlyer account on the official Singapore Airlines website.

KrisFlyer Miles redemption error: “Unable to process your request to redeem KF Miles”

Error message: “We are unable to process your request to redeem KF Miles. Please select another payment method.”

If you see this error message, it means that your booking is currently not eligible for KrisFlyer Miles redemption.

This can happen for several reasons, such as:

  • Your KrisFlyer account or booking does not meet the eligibility requirements for miles redemption

  • Your KrisFlyer Miles balance is insufficient
